Once a customer makes a reservation, the equipment is reserved. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or 25% of the rental price will be charged.
Minimum rental charge is one day.*
One week charge is equal to 3 days.
One month charge is equal to 3 weeks.

There is NO grace period on rental equipment. Equipment returned late will be billed at the daily rate. Please note the return date and time on your contract.
Checks are accepted in person with valid Michigan Driver’s License. Payment may also be made in person by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Corporate accounts must be established a minimum of two weeks prior to rental.
A security deposit will be required on all rentals, usually equal to the cost of the rental. It will be retained until all rental items have been returned. Minimum deposit is $25.00. Select accounts may provide an insurance certificate in lieu of deposit.
DELIVERY / LABOR
Delivery and pick-up in the Metro Area: $100
Delivery and pick-up up to 60 miles: $100
Technical labor (audio, lighting, laser, video): $45/hr.
Minimum labor charge: 3 hours
After normal business hours: Time and a half.
Sunday and holidays are double time.
Out of town per diem (per man): $50/day.
Damage, theft, or loss of equipment is the renter’s responsibility while it is in their possession.
