Returns and Exchanges

All returns require an RA (return authorization) number.


Return Policy:

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Pegasus Entertainment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 30 days of the shipping date. If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit, refund or exchange.  All returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a RA number. Products like make-up, clothing and items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", discontinued items, close-outs, etc.) are not returnable.

What if there is a problem with my order?

 In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, call your Pegasus Entertainment salesperson within 48hrs of receiving your shipment.  It is your salespersons job to make things right with you ASAP.

What if I receive a defective product?

In the case of a manufacturing defect where you believe you've received a defective product, the first thing you should do is contact your salesperson. You can call us at 248-353-6130, and speak with the salesperson listed on your order, or you can complete our online product support request form, and we'll respond quickly with an RA (return authorization) number. If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase we will cover shipping costs within the U.S. to replace the unit for you.

How to Make a Return:

Since we are all about personal service, just call the salesperson listed on your Pegasus Entertainment order, for an RA number (Return Authorization) that you should write on the shipping label. We'll take it from there.

Certain items that cannot be returned for specific reasons include:

  • Over-size or over-weight items
  • Discontinued items
  • Close outs
  • Drop shipments
  • Custom road cases
  • Special orders (items not normally stocked)
  • Personal items including make-up and accessories, earphones andclothing


Product Support Request Form

Requests for on-line product support must be in regards to items purchased from Pegasus.
